2. Using this site

By browsing or buying from this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if so, we'll refund you in full.

4. Digital products and licence

Workout PDFs and member content are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, copy, publish or distribute them, or use them to coach paying clients, without our written permission. We may suspend access to accounts that share content.

5. Certified Members Club

Memberships renew automatically at £15 per month or £150 per year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Training safety

Our circuits, programmes and sessions involve strenuous exercise. Consult a doctor before starting if you have any medical condition or injury, train within your ability, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Please read our Training Disclaimer & Safety Notice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Community content

If you submit times, videos, reviews or other content (for example to a scoreboard), you confirm it's genuine and yours, and you allow us to display it on our site and social channels. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not foreseeable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
