Refund policy
Physical products (apparel and equipment)
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email certifiedcircuits88@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- We refund the item price (and standard outbound shipping if you return the whole order) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- For hygiene reasons, opened liquid chalk can't be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it, including return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Digital products (workout PDFs)
Weekly circuits and training programmes are delivered instantly. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is made available. Digital products are therefore non-refundable unless the file is faulty or doesn't match its description - contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Certified Members Club
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for. We don't refund part-used monthly or annual periods.
