Cancellation policy

Certified Members Club

The Certified Members Club is a recurring membership billed at £15 every month or £150 every 12 months, starting on the day you join. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from your customer account (Account > Subscriptions), or email certifiedcircuits88@gmail.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Part-used periods are not refunded.

Price changes

If the membership price changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before your next renewal so you can cancel if you wish.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we'll retry and email you. Access may be paused until payment succeeds.
