Shipping policy
Dispatch
Physical orders (apparel and training equipment) are dispatched from Stockport, UK, within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 3-5 working days after dispatch
- International: 7-14 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Digital products
Workout PDFs (weekly circuits and training programmes) and Certified Members Club content are delivered instantly by email after checkout and can be re-downloaded from your account. No shipping applies.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 working days (UK) or 14 working days (international), email certifiedcircuits88@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
